Game of Review is an independent site about PC games on Steam. We publish short news posts and scored reviews so you can decide quickly whether a game is worth your time and money.
Who we are
Game of Review is run by the Game of Review Team, a small independent editorial project. We are not affiliated with Valve, Steam, or any game publisher.
How we work
We use automation to help us find games, pull public data from Steam, and draft posts. Our editorial team sets the rules, reviews how the system behaves, and is responsible for what gets published. When a post is wrong, we fix it and say so.
Our scores reflect editorial judgment informed by public signals such as Steam user reviews and other publicly available data — they are not hands-on playtime verdicts. The full breakdown is on our Review Methodology page.
What we cover
New releases, upcoming games, notable updates, and reviews of games that already have a real player base on Steam.
Independence
We do not accept payment for scores or coverage. If a post ever contains an affiliate link or sponsored content, it will be labeled — see our Affiliate Disclosure. Any ads on the site, if we run them, are served by third parties and do not influence our editorial decisions.
